Pervious Seminar Success!May 7, 2007 Camas, WA. The Northwest Cement Producers Group hosted guest speaker James Powell, P.E. Executive Director of the American Concrete Pavement Association - Northwest Chapter. Forty one professionals from government and engineering firms in Southwest Washington and northern Oregon attended along with representatives of several cement firms. Mr. Powell spoke about the features and benefits and sustainability of pervious concrete and took questions after the one and a half hour seminar.
